Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services provided by Cyber Sasu. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at cybersasu.com or by engaging Cyber Sasu for any services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be legally bound by them.

2. Services Provided

Cyber Sasu provides technology services including but not limited to:

  • Front-end and Back-end Web Development
  • Complete Software Development (Python and C#)
  • Embedded Systems Development (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, STM)
  • Linux Server Administration (Alma Linux, Ubuntu, Debian, cPanel/WHM)
  • Web Application Development
  • IoT, AI, and Machine Learning Solutions
  • 3D Printing and Custom Hardware Design

The specific scope of services for each engagement will be defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to deliver the services
  • Obtain and provide any necessary licenses, permissions, or rights for materials you supply to us
  • Designate a primary point of contact for project communication
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals within agreed timelines
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • An initial deposit may be required before commencement of work
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance
  • Late payments may attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client will own the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Cyber Sasu retains the right to:

  • Display completed work in our portfolio with client consent
  • Retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or proprietary code used in the project that existed prior to the engagement
  • Use general knowledge and skills acquired during the project for other clients

All client-provided materials, data, and confidential information remain the property of the client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues for 2 years after project completion. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

7. Warranties and Representations

Cyber Sasu warrants that:

  • Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner
  • Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications
  • We have the right to enter into agreements and provide the services

We do not warrant that deliverables will be entirely error-free or that they will meet every specific requirement not explicitly stated in the project agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cyber Sasu's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Cyber Sasu be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • The client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date
  • Cyber Sasu will deliver all completed work and any work-in-progress
  • Each party will return or destroy the other's confidential information

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services if the client breaches these terms, fails to make payment, or engages in unlawful activity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
